I prefer the former though. Then the monetary incentives for IPPT can be given out as follows:

$400 - can sing and dance along like a pro without looking at the video or anyone. Qualified to lead ah-sohs in HDB workouts.
$200 - able to execute moves well but enthusiasm in singing is akeen to the enthusiasm of in-pro (for ict) / booking-in. Able to teach aunties to grab deals in "The Great Singapore Sale".
$100 - paid NOT TO sing. Sashaying your body is sufficient.
Pass - poor imitation of moves despite peeking at the auntie nearby.
Fail - (how the heck do you fail this? You mean u can't even beat the AUNTIE?)

I'm ready with my Asics Gel1140!

Got them from Queensway Shopping Centre after many Subject Matter Expertises (SMEs) have gotten a look at my feet. Good news is that all of them were consistent with their analysis and suggested me to try on the Gel1140. In fact, this is my first pair of Asics cos' I heard it's more suited for running and I needa get rid of all the calories from:

Hagan Dazs Parlous @ Esplanade. Looks little but yet quite ex. Almost 20 bucks. Thankfully got sponsor. :)

Dinner @ Lao Beijing in Plaza Singapura. (no) thanks to the lousy UOB vouchers with so many terms and conditions to them.

Buffet at my place! Heh! I always loved the herbal chicken soup and the mee siam!
